Legatha Pty Ltd has been operating continuously since 1982.  For over 42 years, the Company has provided consulting and project management services to a wide variety of individuals and organisations.

As well as client-focused work, Legatha Pty Ltd has also worked in a number of successful joint-ventures with builders, developers and investors.

The company also develops, from the ground up, their own projects. These developments range from single luxury residential properties to small boutique apartment projects.

The Directors of Legatha Pty Ltd have a strong and experienced commitment to ensure projects come in on time and within budget.  This always requires detailed involvement at all levels of the job and the application of years of knowledge in managing a project from start to finish.

Health & Safety

On all projects associated with Legatha Pty Ltd, the Company has a vigorous approach to the Health and Safety of everyone on site.

Whether it is a Client’s own project or one of Legatha’s own developments, we strive to ensure everyone who comes onto a site associated with the Company adheres to a formal Health & Safety Plan.

It’s imperative that everyone works in a healthy, safe environment and goes home each evening to their families and loved ones without sickness or injury.

HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGEMENT PLAN SUMMARY

All on-site personnel and Subcontractors shall, prior to the commencement of the works, establish, implement and maintain a formal Safety Management Plan containing provision for, but not limited to, the following elements:

  • Maintain and provide, as required, a list of employees, their competencies, qualifications and skills;
  • Induction for new employees;
  • Accident/incident reporting and investigation;
  • Lifting and manual handling skills;
  • Hazard identification and risk control including routine inspection processes;
  • Provide maintained plant/equipment and inspection processes;
  • Pre-job planning;
  • Emergency response;
  • Methods of transmitting new work procedures to employees;
  • Chemical exposure management;
  • Site security and public safety;
  • Safe Work Procedures being required where appropriate (see Section 5).
