The Grange, Rivervale - 10 Apartment Development

This project has recently been completed. Designed by award winning architects McDonald Jones and constructed by EMCO Building to the highest standards. We are proud of this development.

The 10 spacious apartments were constructed on the corner of Wicca and Sydenham Streets in Rivervale.  This small, exclusive development is close to the Belmont Forum, close to schools and parks, yet in a quiet, peaceful enclave away from busy highways and major roads.
